1. Production process
It is produced on the base plate of prime aluzinc coated steel coils through surface pretreatment (degreasing and chemical treatment) and then being coated with one or several layers of liquid coating material by roller coating before being baked out and cooled down. Such coated steel sheet in coils is called as color coated steel coils because the coating can be with different colors, and its also called as pre-painted steel coils overseas because coating is finished before contour machining.

The membrane material used by a membrane structural architecture has great flame retardance and high temperature resistance, and thus it can satisfy the requirement for fire prevention. it also has a favorable shock resistance because of low deadweight and its flexible structure with large deformability.
(4) Short construction period
Cutting, piecing together, steel structure and steel ropes are all finished and prepared in the factory, and it only requires assembling on site, therefore the construction is simple and convenient, and the construction cycle is shorter than that for a traditional architecture.
